HELLO! Hmm, been doing skipping just now. 500 of it. Well, its just that I want to be taller and to lose my weight. At least I tried right. So ya, just started doing it today and of cos will continue it the next day and the following day and so on. I want to see the difference if I do it now until the end of December. Hopefully there will be some changes. And plus, I want to watch my diet too. Eat lots and lots of healthy food like fruits and vegetables of cos. And also, been trying so hard to avoid unhealthy food and snacks. I hope I can cope with it. Insyallah. So, will be doing 500 of skipping everyday. :DD.Anyway, I hope my girlfriends and I will be going to Vivo next week. Well, some of them are busy working and some can't go. Hais.
