GRR! Currently pissed off with Blogger!! Well, I can't seem to upload pics! GAHH! I already clicked on that 'Add Image' button but then it went blank. CHUPID AH! x)) I'm trying to upload those pics I took yesterday where gfs and I went to Suntec. It looks like I can't though. And thanks to you dear Mr 'Add Image' Button!!!! -.-"
So yeah, for yesterday, gfs and I went to Suntec. Suhana and Aisha wanted to apply for a job at Carrefour as a cashier. We had some troubles with the tap cards. Seriously, it's like I'm boarding lrt or mrt. Hah. We had to register at the counter for our cards in order to get into the lift at the other side. Secure much eh? We even asked that friendly Indian security guard. At least, we knew what we should do. x)) Reached at the Carrefour office and they filled in their particulars on that Carrefour paper. And you know what, we were frustrated since we had to wait for quite a long time. Sheeesh. We reached there at around 2pm+. The lady in-charge told us to come back at 3pm instead for the appoinment. While waiting, we bought that 4.35pm tickets for that movie Santau for $8.50 each. I told them that we should buy the 5.40pm tickets instead. I had a feeling that the appointment will took some time. And it did!!! See lah, stubborn right? :P
Had our lunch first at KFC. We had troubles looking for that KFC. It was situated further inside that basement. Sheesh. Like, finally we found it. Hehe. Had my favourite meal of cos; Shrooms meal with iced lemon tea and cheese fries. YUM! Next, we went to that office again at 3.05pm. We had to wait and wait since there's other people too. Mostly guys. Of course they were there for the walk-in interview. And guess whaaat?! We missed that 4.35pm show!! It's like our money was burned just like that. Haiyaa! All in all, it took us around 2 hours or so for all the process to be done. What with those people there and the fact that there was only that lady who attend to us all, gfs had to go for the interview and later change into the Carrefour uniform and the lady will take a pic of them, then we had to wait again for their passes.. Sigh. What a lonnnnggg appoinment! It's already 6pm when all of that were done! And yup, we wasted our money just like that. Blergh. I was somewhat pissed off with the service there! Sigh. Nvm.
We decided to watch Santau still despite wasting our money earlier on. Hah. We bought the 7.35pm tickets but this time it cost us $10 each!! Grrr! We wasted $8.50 for nothing! Thanks to that freaking appoinment and those waitings!!! But what made us more pissed off was when that old lady saw our tickets. Anw, this was before we bought that 7.35pm show. Well, it went like this. We decided to ask the counter whether we could change the showtime to that next showtime since we had missed that 4.35pm show. Who knows we can cos for Cathay Aisha told us that it can be done. That chinese guy asked us what movie we were watching and we said Santau. I was about to hand out that $10 and get ready for it cos I knew that we can't change the showtime just like that. We had to buy new tickets. It's like, once bought considered sold and no refund or changing or whatsoever. Suddenly, that guy stood up and placed that 'Counter Closed' at the counter and so we followed him to that old lady who was in-charge of tearing those tickets. We were quite surprised at first as we didn't thought that the guy would react like that. Just imagine, we were getting our money ready when out of sudden he stood up. x)). I thought we would be so lucky to get in and watched the 5.40pm show which was showing at that time even though we had missed that 4.35pm show. But we thought wrong...
That old lady somewhat had sharp eyes! She read the tickets and asked us, "Eh, it's 4.35pm show but now it's already 6.10pm" Something like that. By then, we knew that we got busted! Grrr! She went to the counter and asked something about those tickets. We waited at the entrance. While waiting, suddenly the cinema manager came. He asked us whether we had purchased the 4.35pm cos it's now 6pm+ already. I said yes. And he explained to us that we had to purchase new tickets and that 4.35pm show was already sold. Luckily, he talked to us nicely. So we bought new tickets.. 7.35pm show, which was what we planned to do at the very first place before that guy stood up! Hah. We pitied the chinese guy cos he was trying to help us but in the end he somewhat get scolded I think. Sigh. If it's not for that old lady, we could already watched that 5.40pm show. PFFT! Why must she have sharp eyes??!! GAHH!
There's around 1 hour+ to our movie. So we went to that Fountain Of Wealth and enjoyed the brezzy wind and nice view there. Of cos we took pics! Hee. We had fun of cos. Chat. Talk. Laugh. Girls gotta do what girls gotta do! :) When it's already 7.30pm, we left that area and watched Santau. Well, the movie was quite scary but hilarious tooo! I can't stop giggling you know. Some parts were just so funny! And with that noisy malay guys sitting at the other side, it makes it even funnier since there were so many comments coming from them. :P The movie ended at around 9pm+. We were trying to find the bus stop but then we found none. We don't even know where it was. Sigh. So we went home by mrt since we don't' want to waste any more time finding that bus stop. We walked as fast as we could as our mums had already called us and asking questions about our whereabouts and also, nagging at us. Hah. I reached home at 10.30pm which was okay I guess. In the end, my parents were not at home. Sheesh. x))
For today, I went out with my dearest lil bro. We went to Causeway Point, BP Plaza and Lot 1. Mainly to just window-shopped and looked around. Thought of buying some new dresess but found none which attracts me. At last, I bought that Maybelline 3D Collagen Lipshine and that Garnier Aqua Eye Roll-On! Turned out that that Silkygirl lipshine which I bought the other day just makes my lips dry and cracked! Sheesh. But still I will be using it every now and then but of cos by applying lip gloss on top of it so that my lips won't be dry! But I'm happy with that Silkygirl Magic BB Cream as it simply works like magic, really! My face felt so soft and looked just natural. The best part is that it even out my skin tone really well. It even works as a foundation, make-up base and concealer! So I suggest you guys go and try it. I bet you will like it.. just like me. But for me, I LOVE it! No doubt about that! ;))
Anw, like always, I was in dilemma with that Maybelline lipshine as I'm not sure which colour suits me best. After contemplating, I bought that 403 pink colour. It's not that hot pink or light pink. Just in the middle. Just nice, I can say. :) Love it! This time, it makes my lips shine and smooth. No more dry and cracked lips! :)) I bought them at Guardian though instead of Watson where I usually buy my make-up stuff. Guardian is having a sale! That Maybelline lipshine cost me only $14.90 instead of it's usual price $17.90. For that Garnier Aqua Eye Roll-On, it costs me $14.90 too and not $19.90, it's usual price. Good deals huh? At least I saved some money! ;D Anw, I'm gonna try this new Aqua Defense one instead of that yellow Light one. I'm gonna see whether it works well like that Garnier Light Eye Roll-On. :)
For tomorrow, I'm planning to go to IMM with my lil bro. I'm gonna window-shopped for my watch. I've decided to buy a new dazzling watch for myself. The one I'm currently wearing doesn't look that nice since it's shiny small stones were already gone. Grr! Oh well. I hope I find a new pretty one tomorrow. Hee.
